WAHAHHAA! :p
i just came back from one week in malaysia, kl. its still the same over there, but genting has changed so much! it still has all the outdoor rides, but now the indoor themepark has completely changed with a fairytale theme.

the good news? i stayed at ritz carlton hotel! the bad news? it was absolutely horrible. in case you don't know my mother, she's those kind of freedom lovers (aix.. that's describing it positively) that likes to uproot and fly off without warning every once in awhile. so after my exam on monday, as i was reading sarah's sms, she suddenly called and went excitedly, "BEBE! GRAB A TAXI TO THE AIRPORT!" So like that, we-without my dad- took a shuttle flight that cost a crazy amount of money, landed in KL without any luggage, and that's the biggest problem with her frenzied travelling... we always have to buy underwear and then come back with tons of it, plus wear the same clothes over and over.

then because she didn't prepare any hotels, she had another crazy idea. from the airport we just hailed a taxi to the most expensive, most prestigious, most ga-ga hotel i can ever think of. THE RITZ CARLTON. woah~~~~ and to make matters worst, she decided on a suite. not only a suite, a suite with a butler. then my father began calling, sounding VERY IRRITATED, "I really pity the man who married your mother." I went, "Er... daddy.. that's you." "Yeah," He sighed, "How much money did your mommy spent?" I just said, "ritz carlton." and then he hanged up.

i fell asleep immediately. when i woke up around 7am, the butler served me breakfast. then... he looked at me for a long, long time... i just stared back at him. i didn't know, but he wanted tips. guests at ritz carlton should tip very generously... hmm. there was a LOUD BANGING NOISE as though someone was hammering from upstairs. i decided that since it was the ritz carlton, it should stop very very soon.... wrong.

it continued until the afternoon, and my mother, annoyed, picked up the phone and complained for three hours straight. the butler came up, and then the noise stopped. when the butler left, the noise continued. then the manager came up. the noise stopped. when he left, it continued. then the general manager came up. the noise stopped. looking at us, he explained veeeeeeeeeeeery slowly, "THE... FLOOR... ABOVE... HAS... BEEN... CLOSED... FOR... TWO... YEARS... and on this level... NO.. OTHER.... BUT... THIS... SUITE... has been opened. So about the hammering you were complaining about.... .... ...."

Our eyes just stared at him for the longest time. all the images about ghosts and spirits started darting in my mind. and then my mother said, "Was I dreaming? Did you all hear the noise?" Faith was so scared, "I did! It sounded like someone was knocking..." "But..." my mom continued, "No one lives around us..."

So we packed our bags.

sayonara, ritz carlton.

then, it was Genting highlands... nice, cold, dirrrrrrrty, gambling, smelly toilets. my mother gambled loads of money away. we spent a lot a lot a lot of money playing all the arcade games. and the fun of playing DDR when there's no one watching!!! watched a wonderrrful andy lau/sammi cheng show called Yesterday Once More. we came down the mountain to KL, stayed at a nice japanese hotel, Hotel Nikko. bought lots of clothes!!~ Cut my hair!~

but now i'm back home suffering a terrible jet-lag and its 4am. i'm wondering if u guys went out and how left out i must be.. all the fun... or if you all have started working? and if ma has signed up for jap without me....???
